Here is a letter from Harry (age 9) from Billinge in Wigan, Lancashire:
To Monmore Green Retired Greyhounds.
I did a raffle and raised 32.00 for the greyhounds.
I went to Crufts 2010 at the NEC and i saw the lovely greythounds at the West Midlands Greyhound Stand (Discover Dogs) and i thought they were adorable. I so wanted to adopt one and when I saw the collection box, i thought about doing a raffle.
Is 32.00 alright?
Greyhounds are my favourite dogs and that is why I would love to rehome one of the greyhounds.
